Use this form to request a school tour or program for your class (tour/program information). Requests are scheduled in order of receipt. A confirmation will be mailed.

Do not select weekend dates. *Note to the Teacher:* Before we can confirm your reservation, we must receive a refundable deposit in check form for $25. Please mail it in along with a printed copy of this page. Make the $25 check out to The Friends of The Jimmy Carter Library and mail it to Janet Harris, Program Assistant, The Jimmy Carter Library and Museum, 441 Freedom Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30307. When your group arrives on time for the tour or program, our staff will return the check. We will keep it if your group is a no show, or if you cancel any later than seven days prior to your tour booking.
