    Japanese Garden Dedication Ceremony, 10/1/1986

     

    The Carter Presidential Center plans included a Japanese garden on the grounds between the Presidential Library and Museum and The Carter Center buildings, which was co-funded by Tokyo-based corporation YKK. The dedication took place the same day as the CPC dedication, but was closed to the press.
