On-Site Services: Our Research Room is open for on-site (in-person) services. This is by appointment only and appointments require an advance consultation prior to being scheduled. The purpose of the consultation is to learn more about your topic, assist you with identifying responsive materials, direct you to helpful resources, and to provide an overview of our policies & procedures. Contact Us to request this consultation. The consultation itself can take place via email exchange, phone chat, and/or video-communication service. Following the consultation, if you are wanting to visit in person, an archival team member will work with you to get your appointment scheduled. Please await confirmation of your appointment dates prior to making travel plans as we do have a limited number of spaces available for researchers. You will receive an appointment calendar invite with your confirmed appointment dates--be sure to read over it for important information, including Researcher Visitor Information regarding COVID Safety Measures, orientation materials, and a link to our application.

On-Site Dining: The Kitchen at Copenhill café is open 11:30am – 1pm during Research Room operating hours/days with a Grab'n'Go selection. [Operating hours subject to change.]

Virtual Services: Staff can provide virtual reference support, as well. This includes responding to reference inquiries via email, phone, social media, and/or History Hub, as well as providing reproduction services.
